BDTS3 High Production Professional Series Binder
Automated Glue Binding Sewing Machine with milling close stitch dual carriage speed production. 2.4" book thickness capacity. Hourly capacity of 300 to 400 Books per hour. Operation speed dual-function technology. Variable Frequency drive makes extremely accurate cover placement. Book length up to 16". With a 7" Touch Screen Programming which includes Multiple Program modes, Production Speed, Glue Temperature, Service logic. Deep glue penetration by a 20 tooth carbide tip solar milling and notching cutter. Side gluing for a stronger cover bonding. A high wall cover nipping station for a smooth side glue adhesion. Close stitch production with auto finish binding including 3 Glue Rollers with an excess glue removal from book end and recycling station. 2 side glue with EL penetration roller and reverse wiper.. Bind Design Performance BDP300, Perfect Binder
The BDP300 perfect binder is an industrial build Special Order Machine designed for EBM Bind Design Stores only. It is completely self-adjusting and its clamp and nipper adjust automatically with excellent cover placement.
Program settings on a 7" color touch screen make the binder fully automated. With this perfect binder, you can bind a thin book, then a thick book, without any manual adjustments whatsoever. The BDP300 can bind books that are two sheets thick up to 2.28” thick at a speed of 300 books per hour with a cycle speed of 360 per hour.
Fume extraction option available. It is built to dominate any competitor as an industrial build and still be conservatively priced. 1-year warranty on all mechanical parts.
