Your order ships FREE for standard shipping on small package delivery like UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. Your order ships FREE for freight packages (pallets, skids, crates) delivered from dock to dock. Any additional criteria are required payment for that ad on like next day, 2 days or faster than standard delivery. If additional criteria are added then only the additional criteria cost will be billed and the free shipping cost will be subtracted.
Examples of additional criteria that are billed are but are not limited to residential or commercial delivery requiring inside delivery, liftgate to ground services for freight delivery either residential or commercial, extra waiting time for dock access when arriving on the dock to dock delivery, residential or hard to access delivery for freight. Residential billing for freight will be added if housing is mixed with commercial or the opposite. Examples are considered residential like a church or store or other commercial style businesses mixed in a housing or residential area.
