Calculate the travel mileage from Richmond VA to your location and double it for round trip billing amount. Must ad the Travel Service Time also.

Multiply the amount of miles it takes for the round trip service and ad to the billing with the travel time it takes to service and return. Pick from no tolls or tolls added in service travel time.

From Richmond VA service center to Arlington VA and back.
118 miles to the location and return driving from the location.
118 miles one way x 2 return mileage = 236. 236 x .62 per mile = $146.32

Phone Call in Service
1 hour minimum additional time billed at 1/4 hour increments.
$85.00 hourly divided by 4 = $21.25 for 1/4 hour increments.
Any non usage of service time deposit or additional time not used will be credited back to card holders account.
Warning:
Technical service operation's should only be done by trained technical personal for reasons of safety.
Non trained technical personnel may harm themselves, others or the product they are working on.
It is the owners responsibility to have the properly trained personal to service their machinery.
Any suggestion for parts replacement are given at the buyers risk of purchase. Swapping parts is never the proper way to find a problem and can become costly. EBM hourly phone services help can not be held responsible of liable for any outcome from their help.

Added after the intial time is added for the technical service call.
1/4 hour increments on site and will be credited back for any time not used.

Multiply the amount of hours it takes for the round trip service time and ad.
Multiply the amount of hours it takes for the round trip service time and ad with the Service Travel mileage.
Example:
From Richmond VA service center to Arlington VA and back.
2.5 hours driving time to the location and 2.5 hours driving from the location.
5 hours total after adding 1 extra hour for traffic issues.
$90.00 x 5 for travel deposit.
$450.00 travel deposit with unused amount credited back.

$120.00 per hour travel includes the fastest travel including all toll bypass fast lanes.
Multiply the amount of hours it takes for the round trip Service Time and ad it with the Travel mileage.
Example:
From Richmond VA service center to Arlington VA and back.
2 hours driving to the location and 2 hours driving from the location.
5 hours total after adding 1 extra hour for traffic issues.
$100.00 x 5 for travel deposit. (the additional $50.00 for 5 hours of travel covers tolls both ways)
$500.00 travel deposit with unused amount credited back.

On site service billed at $160.00 per hour minimum.
2 hour deposit required with 1 hour minimum on site.
The rest is billed in 1/4 hour increments on site and will be credited back for any time not used by 1/4 od an hour. Example: 2 hours paid for and only using 1.5 hour usage. .5 hour will be credited back.
Do not forget to add travel time and travel mileage to the service call. Pick between tolls or no tolls.
